Cancellation or Rescheduling
If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours, the booking fee will be non-refundable, or it will be requested if you have booked without one.
7 Days Guarantee
All nail services come with a 7-day guarantee. I offer free fixes within 7 days if there’s an issue with my work and it’s not caused by the client. After 7 days, or if damage is due to client actions, a repair fee will apply.
