A detailed estimate will be provided prior to your appointment. Should additional services or products be required during your appointment, I will notify you for approval. Please ensure that you arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled, and the rescheduling may incur additional fees as per the cancellation policy. 4. **Deposits** A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 5. **Rescheduling** You may reschedule once without any additional charges, provided at least 48 hours' notice is given. If you need to reschedule more than once, a new deposit will be required. 6. **No-Show Policy** If you miss your appointment without notice, 100% of the service fee will be charged using the payment details on file. 7. **Cancellation Policy** Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. Failure to cancel within this timeframe will result in the full service fee being charged. 8. **Health and Safety** If you have any allergies or medical conditions, it is essential to inform me prior to your appointment. If you’ve experienced an allergic reaction to hair dye, henna, or tattoos, or if it has been more than 12 months since your last skin test, you are required to undergo an Allergy Alert Test at least 48 hours before your appointment. A new test is also required if switching to a different color brand or shade. Failure to complete your allergy alert test will result in a cancellation fee as per the cancellation policy. 9. **Client Responsibilities** Accurate information about your hair history is essential, especially for color services. New clients will undergo a strand test to ensure the desired outcome can be achieved. 10. **Satisfaction Guarantee** If you are dissatisfied with your service, please inform me within 72 hours. I will make any necessary adjustments at no additional cost within this timeframe. Refunds are not available. Please note, if you change your mind about the color after the service, additional charges will apply for further adjustments. As I operate independently within Boniface Salon, any concerns or issues should be addressed directly with me. 11. **Liability** While I strive to ensure your satisfaction, I am not responsible for color fading or other issues caused by improper aftercare. Refunds are not available, but I will work with you to resolve any issues within 72 hours of your appointment. 12. **All Color Clients** All color services include either a blow-dry or a combination of wash, cut, and blow-dry to ensure the results meet your expectations. 13. **Lightening Services** Lightening services include bond-protecting bleach or additives, designed to prevent up to 97% of damage. This is included in the service price to ensure the health and integrity of your hair. 14. **Aftercare** To maintain your color and the health of your hair, please follow the aftercare instructions provided on my website. 15. **Confidentiality** Your personal information is kept confidential and is used solely for managing and providing services. Color notes are available upon request via email. 16. **Insurance** I am fully insured with Public Liability, Products Liability, and Hair and Beauty Treatments Liability coverage. 17. **Updates** These terms and conditions may be updated periodically.
