I have never had such a luxurious manicure with such care taken not only to perfect application, but also to nail prep. Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or amend a booking at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be charged at 100% of the total booking cost.
Late Arrivals
Clients are requested to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. In the event of a late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened, and the full price of the scheduled treatment will still apply. For clients arriving later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of their treatment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, which will still be subject to full payment.
Child Policy
We strive to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere for our clients during their treatments. Therefore, we regretfully inform you that children under the age of 14 are not permitted during appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

When booking a removal of gel that has been applied by another professional please state in the booking notes what type of product or brand of gel requires removal.
Please note I do not remove Hard Gel, SNS or Acrylic. Attending your appointment with any of these types of enhancements means I will not be able to carry out your service. This will be classed as a late cancellation and incur a fee.
