If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to cancel or amend a booking at least 48 hours prior to the appointment time will result in a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee will be charged at 100% of the total booking cost.
Clients are requested to arrive promptly for their scheduled appointments. In the event of a late arrival, the treatment time will be shortened, and the full price of the scheduled treatment will still apply. For clients arriving later than 15 minutes after the scheduled start time of their treatment, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment, which will still be subject to full payment.
We strive to create a calm and relaxing atmosphere for our clients during their treatments. Therefore, we regretfully inform you that children under the age of 14 are not permitted during appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
Please inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or health conditions that might affect your treatment. We are not responsible for any adverse reactions if this information is not disclosed.
We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers. Prices for services are subject to change without prior notice
If you are not satisfied with your treatment, please let us know during your appointment or shortly thereafter. We will do our best to address your concerns.
Please keep your personal belongings secure during your appointment. We are not liable for any lost or damaged items.
