Pre-Treatment Advice

• Avoid alcohol, caffeine and blood-thinning medications (such as aspirin or ibuprofen) 24 hours before your appointment. • Do not receive the treatment if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have active skin infections in the treatment area. • Avoid sunburn, chemical peels or strong skincare treatments near the treatment area before your appointment. • Please inform the practitioner of any medical conditions, allergies, medications or previous treatments.

Aftercare

• Keep the treated area clean and dry for the first 24 hours. • Avoid excessive sweating, swimming, saunas and direct sun exposure during the healing period. • Do not pick, scratch or remove any scabs as this may affect the final result. • Follow the aftercare instructions provided by the practitioner to ensure proper healing and colour retention.

Lash Extensions

Pre-Treatment Advice

• Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. • Avoid using oily products around the eyes before your appointment. • Remove contact lenses before the treatment if possible. • Please inform the practitioner of any eye conditions or sensitivities.

Aftercare

• Avoid water, steam and excessive moisture for the first 24 hours. • Do not rub, pull or pick at the lash extensions. • Avoid oil-based products around the eye area. • Brush lashes gently with a clean spoolie to keep them neat and separated.

Lash Lift

Pre-Treatment Advice

• Arrive with clean lashes and no eye makeup. • Avoid waterproof mascara or oily products around the eyes before your appointment. • Remove contact lenses before the treatment if possible. • Inform the practitioner if you have sensitive eyes or any eye conditions.

Aftercare

• Avoid water, steam, makeup and touching the lashes for the first 24 hours. • Do not rub or press the lashes during the setting period. • Avoid oil-based products around the eye area immediately after treatment. • After 24 hours, lashes can be maintained with gentle cleansing and conditioning.
