By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Appointments

Appointments must be booked in advance via the booking system or direct contact. Time slots are reserved specifically for each client.

Deposits

A deposit may be required to secure an appointment. Deposits are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total treatment cost.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in the loss of deposit.

Late Arrivals

Clients arriving late may have their treatment time shortened. In some cases, the appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Consultation & Suitability

All treatments are subject to consultation. The practitioner reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe.

Medical Information

Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, allergies, medications, or previous treatments that may affect the procedure. Failure to disclose this information may affect treatment results or safety.

Results

Treatment results may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, natural lash condition, lifestyle, healing process, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Aftercare

Clients are responsible for following the aftercare advice provided. The practitioner cannot guarantee results if aftercare instructions are not followed.

Previous Work

In some cases, previous work performed by another technician may need to be removed or corrected before a new treatment can be performed.

Photography

Photographs may be taken before and after treatment for documentation and marketing purposes. Images will only be used with client consent.

Liability

The practitioner will not be held responsible for adverse reactions or unsatisfactory results if relevant medical information was not disclosed or aftercare instructions were not followed.
