This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between Millie Makeup London ("Makeup Artist," "we," "us," or "our") and the client ("Client," "you," or "your") for the provision of makeup and related services. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Deposits are not required for event makeup services. However, valid credit or debit card details must be provided at the time of booking via the system. By providing your card details, you authorise the Makeup Artist to charge the following fees if the booking is canceled or modified:
Full Payment: Charged if the Client does not show up for the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Fee: A fee of £20 will be charged for cancellations made within 24 hours prior to the appointment.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total service fee is required to secure your wedding booking on larger groups or busy periods. The deposit will be applied toward the final payment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. Final payment is due on or before the date of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability. In the event the Makeup Artist needs to cancel or reschedule, all efforts will be made to accommodate the Client, or the deposit will be refunded in full.
Travel fees may apply for on-location services outside a 20 mile radius of EN1. Adequate space, lighting, and a clean, safe working area must be provided by the Client at the location.
A consultation or trial session can be booked separately to determine the desired look. Clients are responsible for informing the Makeup Artist of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the session. The Makeup Artist will not be held liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
The Makeup Artist uses professional-grade products and sanitizes tools and equipment according to industry standards. If the Client requests the use of their own makeup products, the Makeup Artist cannot guarantee the results or assume responsibility for any adverse reactions.
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or cancelled at the discretion of the Makeup Artist, without a refund.
The Makeup Artist is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, or illness. The Makeup Artist's liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
By booking services, you consent to the Makeup Artist taking photos or videos during the session for promotional use, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client may opt out of this clause by notifying the Makeup Artist in advance.
The Makeup Artist will not disclose any personal information shared by the Client, except as required by law.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.

Bookings for under 3 people in Central or South & West London are subject to a £75 London Surcharge, which will be added to your total booking cost if your location falls within the qualifying area. This additional charge covers the extra time, travel, and expenses required for these harder to reach London-based appointments. If you're unsure whether your booking is affected, please get in touch before confirming your appointment. Alternatively, the fee will be added once confirmed.
