Bookings outside of my catchment area, for example in Central or South & West London are subject to a London Surcharge, which will be added to your total booking cost if your location falls within the qualifying area. This additional charge covers the extra time, travel, and expenses required for these harder to reach London-based appointments. If you're unsure whether your booking is affected, please get in touch before confirming your appointment. Alternatively, the fee will be added once confirmed.

Millie is exceptionally talented and absolutely deserves a proper shout out - not only was I completely in love with my wedding day look, but she also did an incredible job with my bridesmaids and my mum (so much so that we have all agreed we would book her again!) making everyone feel so special and confident. From the moment I first booked her, Millie was wonderfully responsive, patient, accommodating, and honest throughout the entire process. She came to my home to do my trial, where she generously shared her expert knowledge and made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable. She was always happy to make changes along the way to ensure everything was perfect, and her dedication on the day itself was unmatched and she even met us at our hotel at 6am to start before traveling over to our venue to finish the rest of the make up. From early start times to warm climates and full wedding schedules, I carefully tailor each look using high-performance, skin-focused products to ensure your makeup lasts beautifully from ceremony through to evening.
What’s Included

Destination Bookings
Destination weddings require additional planning and travel, so all quotes are tailored individually depending on location, party size, and schedule.
As a guide:
- Bridal makeup and trial are quoted separately
- Bridal party makeup starts from £140 per person
Travel and accommodation are quoted in addition and will be discussed transparently during your enquiry.
Travel costs are estimated based on current prices. Final costs will be confirmed once bookings open (typically 9–12 months prior), and any changes will always be discussed and agreed with you beforehand.
Booking
A £100 non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your date. Travel arrangements are finalised closer to the time, with a travel deposit due once confirmed. The remaining balance is payable six weeks before the wedding.
Makeup Services for Weddings
- Introduction
This Terms of Service Agreement ("Agreement") outlines the terms and conditions between Millie Makeup London ("Makeup Artist," "we," "us," or "our") and the client ("Client," "you," or "your") for the provision of makeup and related services. By booking our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
- Booking and Cancellation Fees
Deposits are not required for makeup services. However, valid credit or debit card details must be provided at the time of booking via the system. By providing your card details, you authorise the Makeup Artist to charge the following fees if the booking is cancelled or modified:
Full Payment: Charged if the Client does not show up for the scheduled appointment or cancels on the day of the scheduled appointment.
Cancellation Fee: A fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged for cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the appointment.
The Client may cancel or reschedule outside of these times free of charge.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the scheduled appointment will result in forfeiture of the deposit. Rescheduling is permitted subject to availability. In the event the Makeup Artist needs to cancel or reschedule, all efforts will be made to accommodate the Client, or the deposit will be refunded in full.
- Travel and Location Requirements
Travel fees may apply for on-location services outside a 10 mile radius of EN1. Adequate space, lighting, and a clean, safe working area must be provided by the Client at the location.
- Services and Timing
A consultation or trial session can be booked separately to determine the desired look. Clients are responsible for informing the Makeup Artist of any allergies or sensitivities prior to the session. The Makeup Artist will not be held liable for allergic reactions or skin sensitivities.
- Use of Products and Equipment
The Makeup Artist uses professional-grade products and sanitizes tools and equipment according to industry standards. If the Client requests the use of their own makeup products, the Makeup Artist cannot guarantee the results or assume responsibility for any adverse reactions.
- Late Policy
Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their session shortened or cancelled at the discretion of the Makeup Artist, without a refund.
- Liability
The Makeup Artist is not responsible for any damage, loss, or delay caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to accidents, natural disasters, or illness. The Makeup Artist's liability is limited to the cost of services provided.
- Photography and Media Release
By booking services, you consent to the Makeup Artist taking photos or videos during the session for promotional use, unless otherwise agreed in writing. The Client may opt out of this clause by notifying the Makeup Artist in advance.
- Confidentiality
The Makeup Artist will not disclose any personal information shared by the Client, except as required by law.
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
- Acceptance of Terms
By booking our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
