I had the most relaxing experience with Ellis at Moonstone. From the moment I arrived, she made me feel completely comfortable and relaxed. She took the time to show me my scalp before and after the treatment, explaining everything clearly and making the whole experience feel really personal and informative. The treatment itself was incredibly relaxing and exactly what I needed to switch off and reset. Ellis was knowledgeable, and so welcoming throughout. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated, and with a much better understanding of my scalp health. I can't recommend Ellis and Moonstone highly enough. If you're looking for a truly relaxing experience and exceptional care, this is definitely the place to go!

Wonderful treatment. Ellis made the whole experience fantastic from start to finish. Scalp and hair feel amazing and it was 90 minutes of pure relaxation. Thank you. Thoroughly recommended and will definitely visit again.

This was a wonderfully relaxing treat as well as being very informative, I would thoroughly recommend to anyone. Ellis is so friendly and creates a very welcoming and calm atmosphere. My hair looks and feels amazing and I feel truly pampered.

This was my first time of trying a Japanese Head Spa & oh my goodness what a treat! Ellis fully explained everything & immediately put me at ease & the whole treatment was just WOW, I came out feeling so relaxed & my hair & scalp felt amazing. Would highly recommend.

I recently visited Moonstone Head Spa and had a phenomenal experience from start to finish. The attention to detail, the atmosphere, and the level of care were exceptional. I left feeling completely refreshed, recharged, and stress free. The whole treatment was the ultimate reset and exactly what I didn’t realise I needed. I genuinely can’t recommend Moonstone Head Spa highly enough, one of the best self care experiences I’ve ever had. Will be back again very soon!

I have seen Ellis for treatments twice now and both experiences were out of this world. You are greeted by the kindest soul who has such passion for what she does. I feel able to fully relax and switch off with the most incredible massage. My hair has never felt so soft and clean. Thank you for providing such an amazing space!
