Please arrive on time for your appointment. To ensure the smooth running of appointments, please do not arrive early, as I may still be with another client.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced to avoid delaying subsequent appointments. The full treatment fee will still apply.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, or fail to attend your appointment, I may be unable to carry out the treatment and the full treatment fee will be charged.

Payment must be made in full before leaving the premises. Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. If you wish to pay by bank transfer before your appointment, please contact Ellis prior to your appointment to arrange this.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the appointment time. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 48 hours of the appointment will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment fee.

Failure to attend an appointment, cancellations made on the day of the appointment, or where I am unable to carry out the treatment due to factors relating to the client (including illness, head injury, pregnancy, or the presence of head lice/nits), will be charged at 100% of the treatment fee.

I reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, an alternative appointment will be offered where possible.

Please note: This service is not currently available to clients who are pregnant, as the treatment requires lying on your back for an extended period of time, which is not recommended in line with current NHS guidance.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are not pregnant and will inform Moonstone immediately if you become aware of a pregnancy before your appointment. If you attend an appointment while pregnant or fail to disclose a pregnancy, Moonstone accepts no responsibility for any issues, discomfort, or adverse effects arising from the treatment being carried out contrary to this policy.

If pregnancy is disclosed before or at the appointment, the treatment will not be performed and the cancellation policy will apply.
