Open Instagram
Click into your professional dashboard to see your insights

Filter by “Most Likes” or “Most Views” to see what’s already working
Take a deeper dive into when users engaged in your content
Note down any obvious patterns
Look at your top-performing content by follows
See what type of content brought new faces to your profile
Note any patterns on post types - e.g do before/after, tips or reels perform better?

Write down 2-3 post ideas to try next based on what your insights have shown you
