Reply To Reviews on GBP
Objective
Show clients (and Google) that you’re active, responsive, and trustworthy, which boosts credibility and ranking.
1. Go to your Reviews section
Sort by newest at the top.
2. Reply to each review
Keep replies simple, warm, and personalised.
Examples:
“Thank you so much, Chloe! Loved doing your BIAB set.”
“Thanks Emma — so glad you love your lashes!”
3. Respond even to short reviews
A simple “Thank you!” goes a long way.
4. Address any concerns politely
If you ever receive constructive feedback, keep your tone calm and professional.
5. Review your overall rating
Take note of what clients praise most — this tells you what to highlight in your marketing.
