This involves us copying over all data you require including; clients, bookings, reviews, images, notes, consultation forms and more. It is important to us that you are comfortable with Solo before making the switch and we are here to support every step of the way.
Do I have to pay VAT on top of the prices?
No, VAT is included in all of the prices. We want to make our prices as transparent as possible so you never pay more than expected.
What if I need to change or cancel my subscription? Is there a contract?
Our subscriptions are monthly and designed to be flexible, with no commitment needed. You can upgrade, downgrade or unsubscribe from your plan at any time to suit your business’ needs.
Do I have to pay an additonal fee per booking?
We do not charge any extra fees for any clients booking through your own website, or created in your calendar. The monthly subscription includes all features and allows unlimited bookings with no extra charges.
