How do I schedule an appointment?
Appointments can be made by either sending an SMS on 0412914453, via the ‘Book Now’ button on this site, or by emailing nailchemy.byerin@gmail.com *Please advise the service/s you would like to book in, preferred dates and times, and best contact information.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash (please try to bring the exact amount), debit cards, credit cards, AMEX, and AfterPay.
Can I purchase gift certificates?
Absolutely! Whether you are wanting an e-gift certificate or a physical one, we’ve got you covered.
Do you offer mobile appointments?
Yes, this can be arranged if you are located in the North Brisbane region. Clients more than 15 minutes from Zillmere will incur additional travel fees which will be advised at the time of your booking.
If your location requires paid parking, the parking cost will need to be reimbursed. Please advise prior to your appointment day if parking needs to be paid for.
Treatments are also available specifically for clients who are elderly, in care, who have disabilities or chronic conditions through our sister business https://accessiblebeautynailfootcare.setmore.com/ (NDIS Participants are welcome for support with personal care and grooming services.)
Do you offer appointments to other Brisbane areas?
Currently, at this stage no we don’t. If you are located in the Eastern suburbs of Brisbane, and are in need of treatments, we highly recommend contacting https://ascendantbeauty.com.au/ who offer a variety of mobile treatments and pamper packages for special occasions.
