Terms and Conditions

Deposit Policy – A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. If you cancel you will not be refunded. – Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. Cancellations & Rescheduling – Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. – Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit. – No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost and not be rebooked in the future. Lateness Policy – Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, I may not be able to complete your full treatment and your appointment may need to be rescheduled. Your deposit will not be refunded and you will need to pay for the full appointment.
