It is very important that you fill out CLIENT CONSULTATIONS FORMS, these are emailed at the time of booking,

Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointments.

If you cancel your appointment 48hrs before, the day before, on the day, no show or reschedule within 48hrs before the appointment - 100% of the payment is required. No further appointments will be made until this is paid. This appointment won't be rescheduled and you'll need to book another appointment.

The remaining amount will automatically be debited from your account.

Late arrival - 15min grace period. If you are more than 15min late to your appointment, I may not be able to carry out your appointment and FULL payment will be required! Please let me know if you're running late.

£10 booking fee per service (which will be deducted from the total amount of the appointment) is required to secure your booking and is non refundable and non transferable if you cancel. Booking fee won't be lost if rescheduled in advance - please contact me or in your account on website to do so.

I hope you understand that my policies are designed to protect not only my business but as well my time, and efforts as the appointment you booked was reserved specifically for you! Please give me as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointments.

Please come to your first Nail appointment with nails free of ANY product. I do not remove or work on other nail technicians work.

!! Use of your hands during your appointment may effect the preparation and application which can effect the longevity of your nails. !! Do not touch your personal items, such as mobile phones during your nail appointment. It is important you do not touch your clothes, face, hair or reach into your bags during your appointment. For health & safety reasons, eating food during your appointment is also not advised.

!! Aftercare is very, very important! Please follow aftercare recommendations. !! YOUR NAILS ARE JEWELS, NOT TOOLS! Apply cuticle oil and hand cream daily to prevent lifting and re-hydrate the skin. Always wear gloves when washing up, cleaning, gardening, etc. Wear protective gloves when applying self tan to prevent staining. Do not pick or chew your nails. Picking your gel polish off will damage your nails!
