Terms & Conditions

Please read the below before making an appointment. By making a booking, you are agreeing to the following terms:

Cancellations & No-Shows

• If you need to cancel your appointment, 48 hours notice is required.
• Failure to give appropriate notice will result in forfeiting your deposit.
• No-shows - if you do not cancel or attend your appointment you will not be able to rebook without a deposit.
• Failing to attend your appointment without any notice means you will be charged 50–100% of the total treatment price and may be required to pay in full for future bookings.

Deposits

• All new clients are required to pay a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
• Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
• If you need to reschedule, your deposit can be transferred, one time only, if at least 48 hours’ notice is given.

Lateness

• Please arrive on time. There is a 15 minute grace period, any later the appointment will be cancelled or rescheduled and possible loss of deposit.
• Continued lateness may result in refusal of future bookings.

Health and Safety

• No services to anyone under the age of 16 years of age. Acrylic for over 18's only.
• For insurance purposes, no children or plus one's may attend your appointment with you unless agreed in advance.
• Please arrive with clean, bare nails unless you’ve booked a removal service. I am only able to work on nails I have done myself.
• If you have any nail infections, open cuts, or skin conditions, please inform me or send a photograph ahead of your appointment. I may need to reschedule to ensure you have healthy and happy nails.
• I reserve the right to refuse service if it’s unsafe to proceed.
• There is a dog and a cat at the premises.

Other

• Free of charge repairs are offered within 3 days post your appointment if there is a genuine issue with product application.
• Any breakages, lifting or damage caused by misuse (e.g. picking or biting) are chargeable
• Please be respectful of my workspace and time. I am a brand new Nail Technician so I am a WIP. With this my aim is to create wonderful nails for you to enjoy. I take time with each treatment and I am always learning — thank you for understanding and supporting a local small business.
