Appointments

• Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
• A deposit may be required to secure bookings and is non-refundable if cancellation notice is not given within the required timeframe.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling.
• Late cancellations or no-shows may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.
• Repeated no-shows may require full payment upfront for future bookings.

Health & Safety

• Clients must inform the nail technician of any allergies, infections, injuries, or medical conditions before treatment.
• Treatments cannot be carried out on infected, damaged, or bleeding nails/skin.
• The salon/technician reserves the right to refuse treatment if it is deemed unsafe.

Patch Testing

• Patch tests may be required for certain products or treatments.
• Failure to disclose allergies or sensitivities is the client’s responsibility.

Nail Art & Treatment Expectations

• Nail art inspiration photos are used as guidance only and exact replicas cannot always be guaranteed.
• Treatment results and longevity vary depending on lifestyle and aftercare.

Repairs & Guarantees

• Minor repairs within a set period up to 72 hours may be offered free of charge if caused by product failure.
• Breakages caused by accidental damage, biting, picking, or misuse are chargeable.
• No refunds are given once services have been completed.

Conduct

• Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated.

Payments

• Payment is due at the end of the appointment.
• Accepted payment methods should be confirmed before booking.
• Prices are subject to change at any time.

Aftercare

• Clients are responsible for following aftercare advice provided after treatment.
• Improper aftercare may affect the longevity of the nails and void repair guarantees.

Photography & Social Media

• Photos/videos of treatments may be taken for portfolio or social media purposes unless the client requests otherwise.

Personal Belongings

• The salon/technician is not responsible for lost or damaged personal belongings.

Right to Refuse Service

• The salon/technician reserves the right to refuse or stop treatment at any time for health, safety, hygiene, or inappropriate conduct reasons.
