Daily care

Hand cream after washing hands, gel lasts longer when the skin isn’t dry.

Avoid using nails as tools (opening cans, scraping labels, etc.).

Water & Chemicals

Wear gloves for cleaning and washing up, harsh chemicals and water break down gel.

Avoid long hot baths or hot tubs where possible as the heat can cause lifting.

Be cautious with alcohol based hand sanitisers, moisturise after use.

What NOT to do

❌ Don’t pick, peel, or bite the gel (this damages the natural nail).

❌ Don’t file the surface of gel polish at home.

❌ Don’t use acetone unless you’re removing the gel properly.
