Terms and Conditions

Nails by Chels

By booking an appointment with Nails by Chels you agree to the following:

Appointments

• A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your booking.
• Please arrive on time. Arrivals more than 10/15 minutes late may result in cancellation or a reduced service.

Cancellations & No-Shows

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• Late cancellations or no-shows will result in loss of deposit and may require full payment before rebooking.

Payments

• Payment is due on the day of your appointment.
• Accepted payments: cash, payment through Solo - secure booking, or bank transfer.
• Prices are subject to change.

Health & Safety

• Clients must inform me of any medical conditions, allergies, infections, or nail damage prior to treatment.
• We reserve the right to refuse service where it may be unsafe.

Aftercare & Breakages

• We are not responsible for issues caused by normal wear and tear, improper aftercare, or non-professional removal.
• Fixes are offered within 7 days only if the issue is due to technician error.

Refunds

• No refunds on completed services.
• Please contact us within 24 hours if you are unhappy so we can resolve the issue.

Children & Guests

• No children or additional guests will be allowed to the appointment unless agreed in advance. Please speak to me prior if you require this.

Conduct

• Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate termination of the service with no refund.

Photography

• Photos may be taken for promotional use. Please let us know if you do not consent.
