Deposits To secure your appointment, a 50% deposit is required. • Deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking. If deposit isn’t received the appointment will be released. • Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once with 48+ hours’ notice. • The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your service on the day. I am super busy and have clients waiting for appointment, this policy helps protect my time, ensures fair availability for all clients and keeps your booking secure. ⸻ Cancellations & No-Shows I understand that sometimes cancellations are unavoidable. To protect your appointment and allow other clients the chance to book, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations and reschedules must be made via the online booking system. You can reschedule using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations via social media, mobile, or email are not valid, as these may not be monitored. • 48+ hours’ notice: Deposit can be transferred once to a new appointment. • Under 48 hours / failure to show: Deposit is forfeited. A new deposit will be required to rebook. This policy helps ensure fair availability for everyone and protects the time you’ve booked. Thank you for your understanding. ⸻ Arriving on Time Please arrive on time for your appointment. • If you’re running late, contact me as soon as possible. • Services can be delayed up to 15 minutes but may be amended to fit the remaining time. • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and the standard deposit/cancellation policy applies. ⸻ Service Changes & Fees • Booked time must be paid for. • If you wish to change your service on the day, this can be accommodated where possible. • Charges will still apply for the original booking even if the service takes less time. Additional charges may apply for add-ons. ⸻ Salon Environment • Child-Free Policy: Minimum age for services is 16. The salon is a child-free environment for comfort and safety. • Pet-Free Policy: No pets are allowed. Clients arriving with pets may be turned away and standard cancellation fees apply. • Repairs are complimentary if I am contacted within 72 hours of your appointment. ⸻ Other Information • Fees and charges are discretionary. • Services once carried out cannot be refunded.
