I understand that some circumstances are unavoidable & a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to keep an appointment, I request at least 24 hours notice - all cancellations must be done via the online booking system. Clients who do not honour their appointments may be charged as follows: *24 hours notice given service(s) may be cancelled without charge *failure to attend: the entire service(s) will be charged *cancellation under 24hours notice: service(s) subject to a charge up to the full amount of service(s) booked This courtesy enables the availability to schedule another client in & maintains a higher availabilty of services for you as well as others. Booked time must be paid for; If you want to change your service on the day this can be accommodated where possible. Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you are running late get in contact as soon as possible. Your service can be delayed up to a maximum of 15 minutes. If you are going to be more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled. Cancellation fee applies. The salon is a child and pet free area - please do not bring children or pets with you, you will be turned away at reception and cancellation fee will be charged. When you make an appointment a consultation form will be emailed to you and must be completed before your visit. You are expected to fill out information regarding health conditions & medications. Certain health conditions or medications may mean that your chosen service(s) may not be able to be carried out. All your information is stored in line with GDPR guidelines. If on the day of your appointment, your skin is showing signs of inflammation, damage or infection in the area of your chosen service, the service will not be carried out. This could include, if your skin is showing signs of an allergic reaction to something, if you’re having a flair up of eczema, any cuts, sunburn, peeling skin, severe dryness, fungal infection, blisters or areas of broken or cracked skin. If this is the case your appointment will be rescheduled. • No under 16s - Minimum age for service is 16 years old. • A non refundable deposit is taken to secure all new client bookings. • Fees & charges are discretionary. • Services carried out will not be refunded.
