At Nail Therapy by Dee, the health and integrity of your natural nails is of the utmost importance. For this reason, I do not typically remove products that have not been applied in-house. This policy ensures that I can carry out a thorough and accurate assessment of your nail health, identifying any signs of sensitivity, allergy, or underlying conditions prior to treatment. A detailed consultation will also take place during your appointment.
To support this process, you are kindly required to submit clear photographs of your hands and/or feet without any product at least 72 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Images received outside of this timeframe may result in your appointment being cancelled and classified as a no-show should any contraindications, such as allergies or fungal infections, be identified.
While arriving with bare nails is strongly preferred, I appreciate this may not always be possible. Should you require the removal of existing gel or product applied elsewhere, this can be performed with the utmost care at an additional charge of £15.
Please note, should any signs of infection, allergic reaction, or other contraindications become apparent following the removal of external product, I will be unable to proceed with your treatment. In such circumstances, you will be respectfully advised to seek appropriate medical guidance. The appointment will then be charged at 50% of the originally booked service to reflect the time reserved.
PAYMENTS
To secure your appointment, a booking fee is required.
New clients are asked to pay a 50% booking fee at the time of booking, with the remaining balance due at your appointment.
For returning clients, a reduced booking fee of £10 is required. This allows the flexibility to secure multiple future appointments in advance, helping you maintain your schedule with ease.
The remaining balance may be settled via cash or bank transfer. Card payments are also accepted; however, a small fee will be applied to cover processing charges. Please note that American Express (AMEX) is not accepted.
All booking fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from the total cost of your treatment.
Confirmation of your booking indicates your understanding and acceptance of these terms.

Should you need to reschedule, a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required. Requests made within this timeframe will be accommodated without additional charge.
Appointments amended with less than 48 hours’ notice will be treated as a no-show, and the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. A new booking fee will be required to secure any future appointments.
In the unlikely event that your appointment needs to be rescheduled by Nail Therapy by Dee, you will be contacted promptly and offered an alternative appointment at your convenience.
A maximum of two reschedules is permitted per booking. Beyond this, the appointment will be released and cancelled.
Nail Art
Nail art must be booked alongside your chosen manicure service. Please include details of your desired design within your booking notes to allow sufficient time for your appointment. If you are unsure, you are welcome to get in touch via message or email with your ideas, and a tailored quote will be provided. Please note that French finishes are classed as nail art and are priced from £7.
Forms
All consultation forms must be completed no later than 72 hours prior to your appointment. This ensures adequate time to review your details and provide a safe, tailored service.
Images
All required images should be sent to info@nailtherapybydee.com within the requested timeframe outlined in the Terms of Service.
Location
Appointments take place within a private studio, located on the second floor inside The Colour Lounge: 335 High Street, Rochester, ME1 1DA Kindly note that access to the studio requires climbing three flights of stairs and may not be suitable for those with limited mobility.

There is ample paid parking available nearby. Paid street parking can be found directly outside the salon. Additional parking is available at Eason’s Yard, located just a short walk away: Easons Yard, Doust Way, Rochester, Kent, ME1 1BU
