At Nail Therapy by Dee nail health is my number one priority. Therefore, I do not remove product that has not been applied in house. This is to ensure that I am able to perform a pre-assessment and diagnosis of your current nail health, and identify any potential infections/ allergies to previous product. A thorough assessment will occur during your treatment.
With this in mind, I kindly ask that you send* pictures of hands (or) feet without product at least 72 hours prior to your appointment. Should pictures be sent after this window, and gel allergies/fungus identified, the appointment will be cancelled and classed as a no-show.
Payments
Final payment can be made by either cash or bank transfer. Card payments are available however, a small fee will be charged to cover STRIPE costs. Unfortunately, we cannot accept American Express (AMEX).
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms and conditions.
Please note that we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. The booking fee is non-refundable and is required to secure your appointment time.
If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Reschedules made within this timeframe will be accommodated at no additional cost.
If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, this will be considered a no-show, and a new booking fee will be required to secure your next appointment.
In the unlikely event that your manicurist needs to cancel, you will be contacted, and a reschedule will be arranged at no extra charge.
There is a maximum of 2 reschedules allowed before the booking is automatically cancelled.
Nail art Please book this alongside your preferred manicure treatment and include what art you would like in the notes. If you’re unsure please drop me a message/email/dm with your idea and I will provide a quote. French is classed as nail art and starts at £7.
Forms Please complete all forms up to 72 hours prior treatment.
Location I work from a private studio in my home. For security reasons the full address will be sent the day before your appointment. Please note access to the studio requires climbing two sets of stairs.
Parking Daytime: There is free parking at the very top of Pagitt Street. Alternatively please add your car reg to the booking notes and a visitors pass will be made available. Evenings: Please park on Corkwell street.
