- Oil your cuticles atleast 2 times a day
- Don’t pick/bite your nails
- Wear gloves when washing up and using harsh chemicals
- Maintain infill every 3-4 weeks
- Please get your nails professionally removed, do not bite/peel them off yourself — this will damage your natural nails
