- Any nail that chips or breaks within 24 hours of your appointment will be repaired free of charge at the earliest available opportunity. Repairs requested after this period will be chargeable.
- Please inform me prior to your appointment if removal is required, as this will require additional time.
- Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will incur a £5 late fee. If arrival is over 20 minutes late, the appointment will be shortened and services will be completed within the remaining time only.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Cancellations made within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the treatment cost. Failure to pay cancellation fees within 48 hours will result in a booking ban.
- No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Failure to pay within 48 hours will result in a booking ban.
