If youโre unable to attend your appointment, please inform us as soon as possible so that we can offer the slot to someone else. โข Cancellations made with less than 24 hoursโ notice will incur a 50% charge of the booked treatment value, which will be added to your next appointment. โข During peak periods (Christmas and Summer), the required notice period increases to 72 hours. โข No-shows will be charged the full amount of the booked treatment and must be paid before any future appointments. ๐๐๐๐ข๐๐๐ฅ ๐๐จ๐ง๐๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง๐ฌ To avoid disappointment on the day of your treatment, please notify us of any medical conditions, including pregnancy, before booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for certain conditions, and we want to ensure your safety and satisfaction. Please ensure all consultation forms are completed in full, before you attend your booking. ๐๐๐ญ๐๐ก ๐๐๐ฌ๐ญ๐ข๐ง๐ For your safety and to comply with insurance regulations, patch tests are required for certain treatments such as tinting, lash lifting and brow lamination. If a patch test is not conducted, we will be unable to proceed with your treatment. Once your booking is made, it is your responsibility to arrange your patch test with us in advance. ๐๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ ๐จ๐ซ๐ฆ๐ฌ All clients are required to complete their consultation forms in full before attending an appointment. These forms not only satisfy insurance requirements but also help us track any changes in your medical history to ensure the treatment is safe and appropriate. ๐๐ข๐ ๐ก๐ญ ๐ญ๐จ ๐๐๐๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ฏ๐ข๐๐ We reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including frequent cancellations, no-shows, and failure to comply with the above policies. ๐๐ก๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ญ๐ฆ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ง๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง ๐ฉ๐จ๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ฒ All cancellations & re arrangements during the christmas period (December) made less than 48hours will be charged to pay in full of the treatment booked. This is the busiest time of year and itโs very hard to re book slots without good notice. I require a minimum of 72 hour notice during December I also will not be able to change anyone's appointments leading up to the christmas period as it just gets so busy so please be mindful. Please arrive to your appointments on time as i am back to back. If you are going to be late please contact me asap. Please be mindful if you are early that the barn doesnโt have a waiting area, the person before you may not want to be watched at the end of their appointment so if you can come as close to your appointment as possible that would be helpful. If you are more than 10 minutes late you may loose your appointment and will still be charged as the lateness will have a knock on effect all day These policies are in place to protect my small business from a loss, if you donโt come, I donโt get paid.
