When requesting a booking online clients will need to enter card details at this time but NO payment is required in advance of their appointment.
For appointments made through myself, a 25%deposit is due at this time of booking.
For ALL bookings, If a cancellation is requested within 24hours of the appointment, a 25% treatment fee is charged.
In case of a ‘no show’ or a cancellation request within 2 hours of the appointment, the full 100% treatment fee will be due.
