1. Professional Conduct
All treatments are strictly professional and non-sexual.
Any inappropriate comments, actions, or requests will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment will be required, and future appointments refused.
Our therapists and practitioners are qualified and insured in accordance with UK industry standards.

2. Bookings and Appointments

A deposit of 50% may be required to confirm your booking.
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early for consultation and preparation. Late arrival may reduce your treatment time.

3. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation charge of 50% of the service price.
“No-show” appointments will be charged in full.
Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may result in refusal of future bookings.

Treatment will be refused if a client is under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or displays inappropriate or abusive behaviour.
The full treatment cost will still apply in such cases.

Full payment is due at the time of treatment.
