Our home-based salon is committed to providing premium aesthetic and body contouring services. To ensure fairness and clarity, please review the following before booking: Booking Policy At NTA Beauty, we believe in providing a seamless and personalised experience for every client. To ensure this, all consultations are included with your first session. This policy allows you to experience the treatment firsthand while we discuss your goals and tailor a plan that works best for you. Why is a session required with a consultation? This approach helps you: • Get a feel for the treatment before committing to further sessions. • Maximise your time with a consultation and treatment in one appointment. • Receive a personalised experience designed to achieve the best results. Due to the demands on our schedule, we are unable to offer standalone face-to-face consultations. If consultations were offered separately, they would need to be charged to account for the time taken away from clinic appointments. We do offer telephone consultations for clients who would like to discuss their options before booking a session. If you have any questions or are ready to book your session, feel free to reach out—we’re here to help! Deposit Policy • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. • Please ensure you are confident before booking, as deposits cannot be refunded under any circumstances. • The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment and must be paid in full before the service begins. Payment Methods • Accepted methods: cash, bank transfer, or secure payment link. • We currently accept all card payments. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations or reschedules require at least 48 hours’ notice. • Failure to provide notice within this timeframe will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. • To rebook, a new deposit will be required. Rescheduling Policy • Clients may reschedule up to two times. After two reschedules, the deposit is forfeited, and a new appointment and deposit will be required. Late Arrivals • Arriving late by more than 15 minutes may result in cancellation or a shortened treatment. The deposit will not be refunded. No-Shows • Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in deposit forfeiture. • Multiple no-shows may require full prepayment for future bookings, which will also be non-refundable in case of another no-show. Limited-Time Promotions • Promotional offers are valid only during the specified time period. • If a client is unable to attend during the promotional timeframe, the discounted price will no longer apply. The appointment must be rebooked at the standard rate. Filming and Photography • Photos or videos may be taken during treatments for promotional purposes, including use on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. • If you do not wish to be filmed or photographed, please inform us before booking. • Promotional offers and model treatments require mandatory filming or photography. If privacy is a priority, we recommend booking standard treatments. These policies are in place to ensure smooth scheduling and fairness for all clients. By booking, you agree to these terms.

All promotions and limited-time offers are time-sensitive and subject to availability during the promotional period. Once the promotional period ends, the offer will no longer be valid, and treatments will revert to their original price. If a client is unable to attend their appointment during the promotional period for any reason, and a reschedule cannot be accommodated within the offer timeframe, the client will need to book a new appointment at the standard price. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients. We kindly ask that clients review our terms carefully before booking.

Please note that all packages purchased are non-refundable. Once a package is bought, the full amount is considered final and cannot be returned. This policy ensures that you receive the full value of your treatment sessions. Treatments within the package must be used within the specified time frame provided at the time of booking. Any unused treatments will not be eligible for a refund or exchange for monetary value. If you are unable to attend a scheduled treatment, please contact us in advance to reschedule, as missed appointments without prior notice will be marked as completed. We’re happy to accommodate your treatments (this does not include limited offers or model promotions) when I am in the area, and I will keep you informed of available dates to ensure you don’t miss out on your sessions. If a treatment is cancelled by us for any reason and we are unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, deposits may be refundable based on the specific circumstances. (This is subject to the situation) Please note that for limited-time offers, once the promotional period has ended, we cannot extend or honor the same offer. In such cases, clients would need to purchase treatments at the standard price Thank you for your understanding!
