All promotions and limited-time offers are time-sensitive and subject to availability during the promotional period. Once the promotional period ends, the offer will no longer be valid, and treatments will revert to their original price. If a client is unable to attend their appointment during the promotional period for any reason, and a reschedule cannot be accommodated within the offer timeframe, the client will need to book a new appointment at the standard price. These policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all clients. We kindly ask that clients review our terms carefully before booking.
Please note that all packages purchased are non-refundable. Once a package is bought, the full amount is considered final and cannot be returned. This policy ensures that you receive the full value of your treatment sessions. Treatments within the package must be used within the specified time frame provided at the time of booking. Any unused treatments will not be eligible for a refund or exchange for monetary value. If you are unable to attend a scheduled treatment, please contact us in advance to reschedule, as missed appointments without prior notice will be marked as completed. We’re happy to accommodate your treatments (this does not include limited offers or model promotions) when I am in the area, and I will keep you informed of available dates to ensure you don’t miss out on your sessions. If a treatment is cancelled by us for any reason and we are unable to reschedule within a reasonable timeframe, deposits may be refundable based on the specific circumstances.
