I recently went to Lucy for some skin boosters and today for a luxury facial. She is very knowledgeable and professional, Lucy reassured me throughout the treatment for the skin boosters and asked if I was okay and if everything felt okay as this was my first time having any face treatments. I got my lips done with Lucy, it was my first time and i was super nervous but Lucy reassured me and made me feel relaxed even over message while booking an appointment. Lucy asked me what look i was achieving and we spoke about what would look best and she went through all the risks. I definitely felt safe and calm. Lucy explained the after care really well and made sure if i had any problems to reach out to her. 10/10 would recommend. Also the salon is absolutely stunning and very very clean!
