Maintaining your nails

Book regular appointments every 3-4 weeks to ensure your nails are regularly maintained.

If you need to file your nails between appointments then do so.

Wear gloves

Wearing gloves will protect your nails from chemicals in household cleaners, will prevent your nails from taking in too much water while washing up, and will protect your nails while gardening from dirt, chipping and other damage.

Hand washing

If you are in a profession where you are washing your hands on a frequent basis, ensure your hands and nettles are dried thoroughly and then apply a moisturiser and cuticle oil.

Cuticle Oil

Cuticle oil is your nails best friend. It can soak through gel polish and builder gel to nourish and moisturise the nail plate and surrounding skin. It prevents your nail enhancements from lifting, and regular massaging can stimulate nail growth.
