New clients must pay a non-refundable booking fee of £20 to secure your appointment.
This amount will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment, and must be paid at the latest by 7pm the day before your appointment.
Once your booking has been confirmed, you will receive a link to complete the payment by card. If you are having any difficulties, I can provide my bank details as an alternative method.
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance.
If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment:-
New clients will lose the £20 paid booking fee, and the booking fee will be paid again as part of a new booking.
Existing clients will have any card saved charged with £20. If this payment does not go through, the booking fee will need to be paid as part of the next appointment.
I do not offer infills on other nail tech's work as I need to check your hands and nails as part of the initial and ongoing consultation process. I will remove any products not applied by myself, there will be a removal fee of £10 to so.
If you have acrylics applied by a walk-in nail bar, please notify me in advance as extra time and costs may apply.
I do not offer toe nail cutting as part of my pedicure services. The pedicures are for cosmetic and relaxation purposes only.
If I identify any reason to not carry out a pedicure (fungal or bacterial infections for example) that have not been notified through the consultation form, I will stop the service and the full charge will apply.
If you are unsure about any problems regarding your feet, please advise me in advance. This will allow us to chat ahead of your appointment and for you to send photos which will help me determine whether or not the appointment goes ahead.
By accepting these terms and conditions, you are agreeing that any photos I take of your hands, nails and feet at the start and the end of your appointment can be used by myself on social media for marketing purposes for an indefinite time.
Photos will not contain your face, and no identifiers (such as your name, only your initial) will be used.
