Booking Fee

New clients must pay a non-refundable booking fee of £20 to secure your appointment.

This amount will be deducted from your final balance on the day of your appointment.

You will be prompted to pay this by card once I have confirmed your booking.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 72 hours in advance.

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, the booking fee of £20 will be retained (for new clients).

For established clients, £20 will be taken by card ahead of any future appointments being made.

No Shows

If you are not available for a scheduled appointment when I arrive, the full service fee will apply.

Emergencies

If I need to cancel your appointment due to an emergency, your booking fee will held against a new booking or be refunded if a mutually convenient time cannot be found.

Removing 3rd party products

I do not offer infills on other nail tech's work as I need to check your hands and nails as part of the initial and ongoing consultation process. I will remove any products not applied by myself, there will be a removal fee of £10 to so.

Nail Fixes

Due to the mobile nature of my business, I am unable to offer quick fixes, however I will endeavour to see you as soon as I can. Should you need to have a nail fixed or a repair, the fee is £5 per nail plus my mobile fee of £5. I do guarantee my work for 5 days, so if any repairs are needed during this time, there is no charge.

Photos

But agreeing to these terms and conditions, you are agreeing that any photos I take of your nails at the end of your appointment can be used by myself on social media for marketing purposes. Photos will only be of your nails, and no identifiers (such as your name, only your initial) will be used.
