Aftercare

Thank you for choosing my gel/BIAB nail services. Proper aftercare is essential to maintain the longevity of your nails and the health of your natural nail plate. Please follow the guidance below:

First 24–48 Hours (Important!)

• Avoid long exposure to hot water (baths, hot tubs)
• Refrain from using saunas/steam rooms

Daily Aftercare

Keep your nails and surrounding skin hydrated:

• Apply cuticle oil 1–2 times daily
• Use hand cream regularly, especially after washing hands
• Hydration keeps gel/BIAB flexible and prevents lifting

Protect Your Nails

• Always wear gloves when cleaning, washing dishes, or gardening
• Avoid using nails as tools (e.g., opening cans, picking, scraping)
• Use the pads of your fingers when typing or texting

What NOT to Do

• Don’t pick, peel, or bite your nails (this damages your natural nail)
• Don’t try to file aggressively at home, especially BIAB structure
• Don’t use harsh Chemicals especially acetone unless for removal (if discussed how to do this at home To prevent nail damage)
