1. Booking Policy
Appointments must be booked through the booking system or DM.
A £10 deposit is required to secure an appointment.
Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred once if sufficient notice is given (48hrs).
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
At least 48 hours notice required to cancel or reschedule.
Less than the notice period = deposit forfeited.
No-shows will be required to pay in full before booking again.
3. Late Policy
A grace period of 10 minutes is allowed. Beyond this, the appointment may be shortened (e.g. no nail art if booked) or cancelled.
4. Refunds & Repairs
No refunds on services once completed.
Free repairs offered within a set timeframe (48 hours) if there’s a fault with application, not client aftercare
Repairs as a result of breakages from client mishandling will be charged.
5. Children & Guests
Only clients being serviced may attend unless previously discussed, e.g. childcare reasons. This ensures a calm, safe and hygiene environment.
6. Health & Safety
Clients must inform me of allergies, medical conditions, or infections before treatment. Consultation form must be completed prior to appointment.
Services may be refused if a client has nail/fungal infections, contagious conditions, or broken skin.
7. Payments
Accepted payment methods: card, cash and bank transfer.
Balance is due at the end of the appointment, before leaving.
8. Aftercare
Clients will be provided with aftercare advice, which will also be available on my website.
Following aftercare is essential to maintain nail health and longevity of the service.
9. Professional Rights
The nail technician reserves the right to refuse service for rudeness, inappropriate behaviour, repeated no-shows, or poor nail/skin health
💖 My Cancellation Policy
I completely understand that life happens, things pop up, plans change, and sometimes you’re just not feeling 100%.
All I ask is that you let me know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or move your appointment. Your message is always appreciated 🤍
I just ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. That gives me a chance to offer your spot to someone else on my waitlist.
If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, your booking fee will be retained to cover the time reserved for you.
More than 48 hours? I’ll happily move your booking fee over to a new date 💫
❌ No-Shows
If you don’t turn up, I’ll need to charge the full cost of the appointment.
I totally understand that emergencies happen, but repeated no shows may mean I can no longer take future bookings.
