Went in slightly nervous but this was short lived. Patsy made the whole experience from start to finish relaxing and enjoyable. All information was given and broken down in an understandable manner. Patsy has a fantastic talent and takes time to ensure you are happy. I actually can’t wait for round two and for the finished results. Wish I had done it sooner and would highly recommend Patsy.

Patsy is nothing short of miraculous! As a child of the 80/90’s over plucking generation my eyebrows needed some tlc to say the least!! I was recommended Patsy by a friend, and to say I was apprehensive was an understatement - having a tattoo on your face is quite something. Patsy was the most professional, caring and thorough person to have trusted with this process. Her attention to detail is second to none, she made me feel settled, calm and didn’t rush the process in any way. I am more than pleased with the end result and after the two sessions could not recommend Patsy highly enough to others. Her after care is wonderful and I knew if I had any problem I’d just have to message and this never felt like it was too much trouble. I will be booking in another bespoke package in a few months time for a touch up. If you’re thinking about cosmetic tattooing, do give Patsy a try. She’s wonderful! Thank you Patsy!!

I am so pleased with my new eyebrows which Patsy completed for me yesterday. I had very thin and sparse eyebrows and now I am overjoyed by the final result. Patsy is a lovely person and extremely professional, she explained each stage of the process and although there was some mild pain is was well worth it in the end.

When Patsy Cosmetic Tattoo first popped up on my Facebook page it caught my attention as my eyebrows at 62 were thin , patchy and overplucked. I booked an appointment and Patsy went through all the detail of the procedure and was careful to make sure I was very happy with the proposed plan. Yes, it does hurt a bit but I was delighted with the result and friends and work colleagues were very complimentary. I didn't have any swelling or scabbing and was very careful with the aftercare advice. I have just been back after 6 weeks for quick touch up. Not a lot needed doing as my first session was still good. I am very happy to recommend Patsy and wish her lots of success with her business.

Having first spoken to Patsy in Dec 24, regarding having my non existent & grey eyebrows tattooed in place, I was very excited to actually be able to book in at last. Having done just that, I almost instantly received a WhatsApp message spelling out very clearly, the before and after care I would be required to do and follow to ensure my new tattoo would look its best. I was very impressed with the instructions, they were clear and actually very simple to understand and follow. So my brow tattoo was booked for 11th March, and as I live a way away Patsy posted me a kit so I could do a patch test on myself, and make sure I didn’t have any reaction with the ink she would be using. Again the instructions to carry out the test were straightforward and very easy to follow. Test completed with no reaction so now I’m ready to get my brows done….yayyy The Hendra shop was easy to find and in the perfect location next to a car park in the centre of town. Patsys clinic is on the top floor, it’s very modern, clean and smells lovely. Patsy spent time mapping out my new brows using cotton with dye on it, and the natural contours of my face, around the brows that were still there. Then Patsy started tattooing, 10 minutes in and I asked if ‘she had started yet’, as I hadn’t felt a thing, to be told yes she had started!!! Wow, I didn’t feel a thing from the beginning to the end of the whole process. And WOW WOW WOW do I luv my new brows. A week on and they are looking amazing, I’ve had hardly any scabbing over and the shape and colour of them are just perfect. The aftercare kit supplied has everything needed to ensure they are well maintained and again with simple and clear instructions. Thank you lovely Patsy, you have made me very happy and I strongly recommend you to anyone thinking of having their brows tattooed xxx Dee 😊

Patsy is amazing!! I had a 45 minute in-depth consultation with her where she completed a template on her laptop of a design which would suit me and that I was happy with. I had my eyebrows done on the 25/03/25. Patsy took her time mapping my eyebrows before she started tattooing and checking with me throughout the process. I thought it was going to be a painful experience but it was the opposite, I was so relaxed throughout the process and nearly fell asleep. Patsy is very methodical in what she does and very knowledgeable. I am really happy with my new shaped eyebrows and would highly recommend Patsy. Great aftercare was provided and I left with a bag of aftercare products to use for the healing process, which was included in the price.

Patsy is amazing lady . I would recommend to anyone who wants to improve the look of fresh brows this lady as been very patience very friendly approachable and just finished my last appointment with Patsy till next year 2026 am so pleased with the work I have had done well done Patsy xxxxxx
