1) A booking fee of £50 is required to secure all new appointments. Please be aware this is non – refundable. Should you need to cancel or re-arrange your booking, a new booking fee will be required.
2) Should you need to move your appointment I require at least 72 hours’ notice. Less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the appointment being cancelled. Missed appointments or cancellations within 72 hours will result in a cancellation charge of 50% of treatment cost and this will need to be paid before any future bookings are secured. I cannot fill the appointment slot at such short notice and therefore cannot suffer the financial loss as a small business.
3) Complimentary retouch appointments – any cancellations within 72 hours of your appointment will result in a cancellation fee of £50. To move a free retouch appointment we require a minimum of 72 hours notice to avoid any charges being made.
3a) No charge consultations- any cancellations or no shows on the same day will result in a cancellation fee of £20. All cancellation fees must be paid BEFORE booking another appointment.
4) You must agree to follow all pre-procedural and aftercare given. Failure to do so will affect your finished results. If aftercare is not followed and additional treatment is required you will be charged accordingly.
5) Please ensure you are happy with the treatment before leaving the premises. Any additional retouches after this cannot be completed within the first 8 weeks. It is your responsibility to ensure your touch up appointment is booked in accordingly.
6) All clients are screened, and I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
7) No children under 18 are allowed in the procedure room.
8) Two or more appointments may be necessary to achieve and complete most cosmetic tattoo procedures depending on each person’s skin. A maximum of two complimentary touch up appointments are offered to you, these are usually booked 6-12 weeks after the initial visit, but must be completed within 6 months of the initial treatment. Should you require an additional session, this will be charged as a colour boost at half the treatment cost.
9) The full balance is due the day of your procedure by cash, debit or credit card.
10) To avoid unfair delays to clients, if you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment it may be necessary to reschedule. Late arrivals/no shows will be charged the full treatment cost.
11) We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise that could force you to postpone/reschedule your procedure, please understand that such changes affect not only your artist, but other clients as well.
12) Clients that have had cosmetic tattooing performed by another technician will be charged the full price for the first visit with me regardless of the procedure.
13) If at any time, you go to another technician after I have done your original procedure(s), I will no longer perform any future touch ups on you. You will be treated as a new client.
14) If you have had cosmetic tattooing before and fail to let me know prior to the appointment, it will be at my discretion as to whether or not services will be performed. It is recommended to send pictures prior to the appointment, via social media or WhatsApp message so that i can determine if you are a good candidate for my service.
15) Your consultation forms must be filled out prior to your appointment. For your safety, any medication, medical conditions, or active skincare must be disclosed in your consultation forms, and your patch test must be conducted at least 24 hours before your appointment.
16) Non disclosure of any medication, medical conditions, or active skincare that results in treatment being contraindicated will result in treatment cancellation and you will be charged the full treatment cost.
17) Before booking, it is your responsibility to read through my pre procedure and aftercare advice to ensure that you are able to adhere to it and avoid disappointment.
18) Before booking, it is your responsibility to read through my important notes on the main page of my website to ensure you do not have any medication, medical conditions, or are using any active skincare that may contraindicate treatment.
