I’m Evie, the founder of Pax Aura and a specialist in medical-grade facials.

I created Pax Aura as a calm, welcoming space where clinical skincare meets true relaxation. My approach is simple: combine proven techniques with personalised care to help you achieve real, long-lasting results.

I specialise in transformative treatments such as BioRePeel, Microneedling, HydroFacials, Dermaplaning, and other targeted methods designed to treat a wide range of concerns from acne and texture to ageing, pigmentation, and overall skin health.

All treatments are carried out at The Beauty House, located in HD5 9XP.

Full address and arrival instructions will be provided upon booking. Please arrive on time to ensure your treatment runs smoothly.

Payment is required for all treatments and accepted via the following methods:

• Bank transfer (preferred)
• Secure online payment link
• Cash

If paying by cash, please arrive with the exact amount, as correct change may not always be available.

I only use trusted, professional-grade products to ensure safe and effective results. Brands include:

• BioRePeelCl3 FND
• Dr. Pen

All treatments are tailored to your individual skin needs. No two skins are the same, so every appointment is customised following your consultation.

Please note:

• Arrive with a fresh, clean face (no makeup or skincare applied)
• A consultation form must be completed before your appointment
• Treatments may be adjusted or declined if unsuitable for your skin or health at the time of your visit

Massage treatments are available to women only.

Facial treatments are available to both women and men.

This policy is in place to ensure comfort, professionalism, and a safe working environment. Thank you for your understanding and respect.

Completion of a consultation form is mandatory before any treatment.

All information provided must be accurate and complete, including medical history, medications, and skin concerns.

Failure to disclose correct information may result in:

• Treatment being refused
• Results being compromised
• Increased risk of adverse reactions

Your safety and results are always the priority.

Results vary from person to person and depend on skin type, lifestyle, and aftercare.

Some treatments may require a course of sessions for best results.

Personalised treatment plans may be recommended to help you achieve and maintain your desired outcome.

All appointments must be booked via our official booking system or direct message.

Clients must be 16+ for advanced facial treatments unless otherwise agreed with parental consent.

A booking fee is required to secure all appointments. This may appear as a “deposit” at checkout but functions strictly as a booking fee.

The booking fee can be transferred to a new date if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Cancellations or reschedules made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of the booking fee.

Booking fees are non-transferable between clients.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.

If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment cannot be completed and will be treated as a no-show, with 100% of the treatment cost charged.

While delays can happen, lateness impacts other clients and service quality. Your punctuality is appreciated.

Out-of-Hours Appointments

Appointments booked outside regular working hours may incur an additional £8 out-of-hours fee.

Refund Policy

No refunds are provided for completed treatments.

Gift vouchers are available and make the perfect present.
