Clients must be 16+ for advanced facial treatments unless otherwise agreed with parental consent.
All clients must complete a consultation/consent form prior to their appointment.
A booking fee is required to secure every appointment.
This fee may appear as a “deposit” at checkout, but it functions strictly as a non-refundable booking fee.
The fee can be transferred to a new date if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.
If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, the booking fee will be forfeited.
Booking fees are non-transferable between clients.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, at least 24 hours’ notice is required.
Failure to provide 24 hours’ notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment cost.
Failure to attend your appointment without any notice will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment cost.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment cannot be completed. This will be treated as a no-show, and 100% of the treatment cost will be charged.
While delays can happen, further lateness affects subsequent clients and overall service quality.

Clients must disclose all medical conditions, allergies, medications or recent procedures before treatment.
Pax Aura may refuse or adapt treatments if necessary for safety.
Pax Aura is not liable for complications resulting from undisclosed information or failure to follow aftercare.
