1. Appointments and Bookings All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when securing your first appointment, all appointments going forward will require a £20 non refundable deposit. This will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
2. Cancellation and Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
3. Payments Full payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices may change at any time; we’ll notify you in advance if applicable.
4. Refund Policy Services are non-refundable once completed. If you're not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
5. Health and Safety Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. We may refuse service if we believe a treatment could pose a health risk.
6. Children and Guests For safety and space reasons, please do not bring children or additional guests unless arranged in advance.
7. Services Offered We offer Manicures, Pedicures, Lash Extensions, and Spray Tanning. All treatments use professional-grade products in a clean, relaxing environment.
8. Liability We are not liable for any adverse reactions if health information is not disclosed. By booking, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your responsibilities.
9. Privacy All personal information is kept strictly confidential and never shared without your consent.
