A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received. 2. Cancellation and Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation. 3. Payments Full payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices may change at any time; we’ll notify you in advance if applicable. 4. Refund Policy Services are non-refundable once completed.
