- Appointments and Bookings
All appointments must be booked in advance via our website, phone, or in person.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required when securing your first appointment, all appointments going forward will require a £20 non refundable deposit.
This will be deducted from the final cost of your treatment.
Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
- Cancellation and Rescheduling We kindly ask for at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in a shortened service or cancellation.
- Payments Full payment is due at the end of your appointment. We accept cash, debit/credit cards, and bank transfers. Prices may change at any time; we’ll notify you in advance if applicable.
- Refund Policy Services are non-refundable once completed. If you're not satisfied, please notify us within 48 hours so we can resolve the issue.
- Health and Safety Please inform us of any allergies, medical conditions, or sensitivities before your appointment. We may refuse service if we believe a treatment could pose a health risk.
- Children and Guests For safety and space reasons, please do not bring children or additional guests unless arranged in advance.
- Services Offered We offer Manicures, Pedicures, Lash Extensions, and Spray Tanning. All treatments use professional-grade products in a clean, relaxing environment.
- Liability We are not liable for any adverse reactions if health information is not disclosed. By booking, you agree to these terms and acknowledge your responsibilities.
- Privacy All personal information is kept strictly confidential and never shared without your consent.
