Following your facial treatment, it is essential to maintain a gentle and hygienic skincare routine for the next 5–7 days. • Cleanse and moisturise only with mild, non-active products. • Avoid exfoliants, scrubs, and any products containing strong acids or retinoids. • Limit sun exposure and do not use sunbeds during this period. • If you are uncertain about the suitability of any skincare products, please send me clear photos and I will review them for you. • Ensure your pillowcases are freshly laundered for the nights following your treatment to minimise the risk of irritation or bacteria exposure.

After having a brow lamination or lash lift you must keep them dry for 24 hours. After 24 hours you can wash your face as normal.
Avoid hot and steamy environments for 48 hours.
Only brush your brows when they are wet, and leave them in the style you like.
You must use a nourishing serum every day to maintain your lash/ brow hair health. This treatment can be drying for the hairs if not correct after care is not followed. I recommend the BROW TOXX serum, which is suitable for lashes and brows.
When booking in for lash extensions, make sure to order a lash shampoo so it has arrived in time for your appointment. ( I recommend IZZALASH shampoo)You must clean your lashes once per day. This is to keep them clean, prevent infections and have the best retention. After you wash them, gently dry them with a fan , do not towel dry them. Lash extensions will not last on dirty lashes.
After cleaning lashes, dry them gently with a fan, don’t rub them. If possible, sleep with a silk pillow case and/Or an eye mask made for lash extensions . Do not use anything other than lash shampoo to clean them.

Do not touch your lashes with your fingers, we have oils on our hands that break down the glue. The only time you should touch your lashes is with your clean spoolies which I will provide you with.
