Massage Aftercare

  • Drink plenty of water.
  • Avoid strenuous exercise for 24 hours.
  • Avoid alcohol for the rest of the day.
  • Gentle stretching can help maintain the benefits.
  • Rest if you feel tired or deeply relaxed.

Lymphatic Treatments

Lymphatic Treatment Aftercare

  • Drink plenty of water to support lymphatic drainage.
  • Stay active with a gentle walk if possible.
  • Avoid alcohol for 24 hours.
  • Eat nourishing foods and reduce salty foods where possible.
  • You may notice increased thirst or need to urinate more often - this is completely normal.

Facials & Advanced Facials

Facial & Advanced Facial Aftercare

  • Keep your skin hydrated and wear SPF daily.
  • Avoid touching your face unnecessarily.
  • Avoid heavy makeup for at least 24 hours where possible.
  • Avoid intense exercise, saunas and steam rooms for 24 hours.
  • Follow any recommended home skincare advice to maintain your results.

Brows & Lash Lift

Brows & Lash Lift Aftercare

  • Keep brows/lashes completely dry for 24 hours.
  • Avoid steam, saunas and swimming for 24 hours.
  • Do not rub or apply makeup to the area for 24 hours.
  • Avoid oil-based products around the treatment area.
  • Brush brows/lashes daily to keep them looking their best.

Waxing

Waxing Aftercare

  • Avoid hot baths, saunas and steam rooms for 24 hours.
  • Avoid sunbeds and direct sun exposure for 24–48 hours.
  • Avoid perfumed products and fake tan on the treated area for 24 hours.
  • Wear loose clothing where possible to reduce irritation.
  • Gently exfoliate the area after 2–3 days to help prevent ingrown hairs.
