Booking Terms & Conditions

Appointments & Cancellations:

I kindly ask for at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel your appointment.

If you need to reschedule, please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice wherever possible.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the booked treatment price.

Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the booked treatment price.

I understand that illness, family emergencies and unexpected circumstances can arise. Please contact me as soon as possible if you are unable to attend. Any exceptional circumstances will be considered individually.

Health & Medical Disclosure:

Your health, safety and wellbeing are always my priority.

It is your responsibility to disclose all relevant medical information before your treatment, including any diagnosed or suspected health conditions, medications, allergies, recent illnesses, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy or changes to your health.

This includes conditions you may not personally consider relevant to your chosen treatment.

Certain medical conditions, medications and circumstances can affect how your body responds to treatment or mean that particular techniques are unsuitable.

Please do not assume that a condition is unrelated or does not need to be mentioned. I would always rather have too much information than too little.

Full and honest disclosure allows me to assess suitability, adapt your treatment where appropriate and identify when medical clearance or referral may be necessary.

My intention is always to help, never to hinder your health or recovery.

I reserve the right to adapt, postpone or decline a treatment if I believe it may be unsuitable or unsafe.

Treatment Results & Expectations:

Every individual is different, and treatment outcomes will naturally vary.

Results can be influenced by many factors, including your health, lifestyle, skin condition, individual physiology, medications and treatment history.

While every treatment is delivered with care, professional knowledge and attention to your individual needs, specific results cannot be guaranteed.

Some clients may notice immediate changes, while others may benefit from a series of treatments or experience more subtle results.

All treatments are intended to complement your wellbeing and are not a substitute for medical assessment, diagnosis or treatment.

Consultation & Treatment Suitability:

A consultation may be carried out before your appointment to understand your needs, concerns and treatment goals.

Treatments may be adapted according to your individual requirements, and certain techniques may be omitted where unsuitable.

For specialist treatments, including post-operative lymphatic care and advanced skincare procedures, additional consultation, consent or medical clearance may be required.

Please follow any relevant pre-treatment and aftercare advice provided.

Appointment Times:

Treatment durations refer to the allocated hands-on treatment time unless otherwise stated.

Additional time may be included for consultation, changing, assessment and aftercare.

For some treatments, particularly post-operative care, hands-on treatment time may be shortened where necessary for your safety and comfort.

Radiate Wellness Studio is a private, home-based treatment space designed to provide a calm, welcoming and comfortable experience.

Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and respect the privacy of other clients.

I aim to provide every client with the same level of care, professionalism and consideration, and kindly ask that this is reciprocated.
