Keep the waxed area clean, and avoid heat and friction during the next 24 - 48 hours. This means: ✔️No hot baths or showers (cool to lukewarm water only). ✔️No saunas, hot tubs, massage or steam treatments. ✔️No tanning (sunbathing, sun beds or fake tans). ✔️No sport, gym work or other exercise. ✔️Avoid scratching or touching the treated area with unwashed ✔️hands. ✔️Wear clean, loose fitting clothes. ✔️Avoid swimming in chlorinated pools. 😊Do not apply deodorants, body sprays, powders, lotions or other products to the area, other than those recommended by your therapist.
✔️No extreme heat treatments (e.g. very hot baths or showers, saunas, steam rooms), swimming, sunbathing (including sun beds or any other exposure to UV light) for 24 hours. Try and avoid exercise or anything that makes you sweat for 24 hours. ✔️Do not apply any perfumed products to the area for 24 hours. ✔️Wash your hands before scratching or touching the area. ✔️Avoid the use of make-up on the waxed or threaded area for 24 hours apart from mineral make-up or specialist post-treatment products. ✔️No self-tanning products to the area for 24 hours. ✔️The use of harsh make-up cleansing products could prematurely reduce your brow tint. Avoid the use of such products at all in-between treatments to prolong the colour retention of your tint. ✔️Do not pluck or tweeze in-between appointments particularly in areas where your therapist has advised re-growth.
✔️Avoid getting the brow area wet for 24 hours ✔️Avoid contact with direct sunlight, sunbeds, saunas, steam rooms and swimming pools for the next 48 hours ✔️Avoiding excessive rubbing or touching of the treated area for 24 hours ✔️Avoid using exfoliating (be it AHA, BHA or scrubs) and anti-ageing skincare around the brow area for three days either side of your treatment ✔️Avoid fake tanning products (including gradual tan) on the face for three days either side of your treatment, as it can discolour the eyebrow tint (unless you’re after khaki coloured brows) ✔️Your stylist will apply some make up at the end of your treatment, however you should avoid applying any further heavy make up (foundations, etc) on the area around the brow for 24 hours
✔️Avoid getting your lashes wet: Avoid getting your lashes wet for the first 24 hours. ✔️Avoid touching your eyes: Don't rub or touch your eyes for the first 24 hours. ✔️Avoid certain products: Don't use eye makeup, mascara, lash serums, false lashes, or lash extensions for the first 24 hours. You should also avoid oil-based face washes and eye makeup removers for 24–48 hours. ✔️Avoid heat and steam: Avoid steam, saunas, and hot showers for the first 24 hours. ✔️Avoid sleeping on your face: Try not to sleep on your front or side for the first 24 hours. ✔️Avoid heavy exercise: Avoid the gym or heavy exercise for the first 24 hours. ✔️Apply a lash conditioning serum: Apply a lash conditioning serum twice a day, every day. ✔️Leave time between treatments: Wait 6–8 weeks between lash lift treatments.
