Terms and conditions

By booking a session, you agree to the following terms and conditions: All appointments must be booked in advance and may require payment to confirm. Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling—late cancellations or no-shows result in a £10 deposit charge or loss of that session from your package. If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to end at the scheduled time. All payments are due before or at the time of the session. Session packages must be used within the agreed time frame and are non-transferable and non-refundable. Clients must inform the practitioner of any medical conditions or injuries prior to the session. Refunds are not given for missed sessions or change of mind. In the rare event that the practitioner needs to cancel, an alternative date or full refund will be offered. All clients are expected to act respectfully—any inappropriate behaviour may result in immediate termination of the session without refund.
