Cancellation Policy

At Pampered by Elaine, your appointment time is reserved just for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, so please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in a 50% charge of the booked treatment.
• No-shows or same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
• Clients who arrive more than 10 minutes late may need to reschedule and may still be charged.
• A booking deposit may be required to secure your appointment; this will be deducted from the treatment total on the day.
