Trying to find someone that works on trigger points was a lot more challenging that I ever thought it would be but the research was worth it, have been seeing Christiane for regular maintenance for a couple years now and always feel she's keeping me in check. Had some illness last year that had me concerned that my recovery might be hampered by a running/sports injury but all the little niggles were ironed out before they could become anything. Could not recommend Christiane highly enough!

Christiane is fantastic! She really listens to you and your body, it shows how much she cares about the work she does. Her knowledge is incredible too and it is clear in the way she works with you to help any aches and pains. I would recommend her to everyone!

I have been seeing Christiane for sports massage once a month for the past few years. I have a very active job & she keeps my muscles in good working order! She is friendly, professional & knowledgeable and I always leave my treatments feeling great. Would highly recommend.
