I had a new client consultation and facial with Rachael today, and she was fantastic. She took the time to really understand my skin, offering thoughtful, tailored advice on the products and routine that would work best for me. Her knowledge and explanations made everything feel clear and achievable. The facial itself was beautifully relaxing, a perfect moment of calm and a lovely way to unwind. I had my first appointment at REM Skin Clinic yesterday and I absolutely loved it! The clinic has such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere and Rachael was honestly so lovely, friendly, welcoming and really knowledgeable. She made me feel completely at ease and I knew I was in good hands. My skin feels amazing after my facial, so fresh and glowing! 'I've already decided I'll be rebooking my next appointment. Thank you Rachael I can't wait to come back

I’ve been going to REM for a while for facials, so I was really excited to try one of her Swedish massage. I left feeling incredibly relaxed and refreshed. The treatment room is beautiful, calm and welcoming creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind. She is professional, attentive and very talented at what she does. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a relaxing massage or facial. I’ll definitely be booking again.

I went for a Scandi facial, as a treat for myself, I found Racheal welcoming and she put me completely at ease, the room was welcoming and smelled absolutely divine. Rachael explained everything she was going to do and about the products beforehand which made me feel relaxed as sometimes you never know what's going to come next. My skin after the treatment looked fantastic, hydrated and healthy. I would recommend Rachael again as she was professional and very informed. I can't wait for my next one

Rachael continues to provide a wonderful service, is clearly knowledgeable and has a lovely personality to help her clients feel relaxed. Despite my advancing years she has taught me how to look after and protect my skin. I would thoroughly recommend Rachael to anybody who wants their skin to look healthier

Had my first treatment yesterday with Rachael. Absolutely loved it. Felt very relaxed and my skin felt amazing. Rachael is very professional and knows what she is talking about.
