Appointments & Deposits
To secure your appointment, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This amount will be deducted from your final treatment cost.
Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred once if sufficient notice is provided.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We kindly ask for a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
Changes made with 48 hours’ notice:
Your deposit can be transferred and used within 60 days
Changes made within 48 hours:
Deposit will be forfeited
No-shows:
Full treatment cost may be charged.
A new deposit will be required to rebook any missed or late-cancelled appointments.
Late Arrivals
Please arrive on time to ensure you receive your full treatment.
Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time
Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may be classed as a no-show and the full treatment fee may apply
Consultations
New clients and those booking advanced or corrective treatments are required to attend a consultation prior to treatment.
Consultations allow us to assess your skin, discuss your goals, and create a personalised treatment plan.
Consultation fees are redeemable against treatment or homecare if booked within 30 days.
Medical History & Treatment Suitability
All clients must complete a consultation and medical history form prior to treatment.
You must disclose all relevant:
Treatments will only be carried out where it is safe and appropriate to do so.
REM Skin Clinic reserves the right to decline or discontinue treatment if it is not in your best interest.
Failure to provide accurate information may result in adverse effects, for which REM Skin Clinic cannot be held responsible.
Age Restrictions
Advanced treatments (including but not limited to microneedling and chemical peels) are strictly available to clients aged 18 and over.
Proof of age may be requested.
Treatment Results
While we always aim to achieve the best possible results, outcomes can vary depending on:
Skin type and condition
Lifestyle factors
Consistency with treatments and homecare.
Results are not guaranteed, and some treatments may require multiple sessions.
Aftercare
Appropriate aftercare advice will be provided following your treatment.
Clients are responsible for following all aftercare instructions. Failure to do so may:

To maintain a calm and professional environment, we kindly ask that you do not bring children or additional guests to your appointment.
