After all treatments please follow the aftercare advice to keep yourself safe and get optimal results from your treatments. Stay hydrated drink plenty of water throughout the day please aim for 1.5-2 litres this helps your lymphatic system flush out toxins effectively. Avoid caffeine drinks such as tea, coffee, energy drinks. Go for a light walk or gentle stretching, AVOID intense exercise for at least 24 hours. Allow your body to Reset and relax you may feel light headed after treatment this is normal as your body adjusts and release toxins from stored waste. Avoid processed meals/food have a light nutritious meal.
