Booking Terms & Conditions – Reset with Alana To ensure a smooth and professional experience for all clients, please take a moment to read the following booking terms and conditions: 1. Booking Confirmation All appointments must be booked in advance. Bookings are only confirmed once you have received a confirmation message or email from Reset with Alana. 2. Deposits A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This amount will be deducted from your total balance at your appointment. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment. • Less than 24 hours’ notice will result in a 50% charge of the treatment cost. • No-shows will be charged the full treatment cost. 4. Late Arrivals Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late, your session may be shortened to ensure the next client’s booking is not affected. The full treatment fee will still apply. 5. Health Conditions Please inform me of any medical conditions, recent surgeries, or health changes before your appointment so I can ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you. 6. Age Policy Treatments are available for clients aged 18 and over unless otherwise agreed with prior consent. 7. Right to Refuse Treatment I reserve the right to decline treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe for the client at the time of the appointment. 8.
