Timings Treatment times are an approximate. Timings can be more or less depending on the client - their skin/hair type - the requested results etc. Timings include preparation and aftercare advice.
If you are late to your appointment, the full treatment time may not necessarily be provided due to availability. However full treatment prices will be charged. I will try to accommodate the full time where possible or rebook if desired. A holding fee may be charged to rebook an appointment a client was previously late for.
Cancellation Policy A holding fee may also be charged if a client has repeatedly not attended appointments. Should you wish to cancel your appointment please ensure at least 24 hours notice is given. To provide a professional service to all clients, a cancellation fee will occur when appointments are not kept. This is typically 50% of the treatment price.
From prices Some treatments in waxing can depend on the client. For example a bikini wax. Some clients may only want a tidy to the underwear line. However others may prefer a Brazilian style wax. This would require a longer time slot and more product resulting in an additional charge. RBR are unable to offer full Hollywood waxing at this time.
Results All result lasting times are approximate. Every client is different and therefore every client reacts differently. How long the results of a treatment can last is also extremely dependent on a client's aftercare routine. With certain treatments it can take time to find the best fit for the client to achieve the longest results.
Patch Testing Certain treatments require a patch test. A patch test is required at least 24 hours prior to receiving these treatments: If it is your first time having this treatment. It is your first time having this treatment at RBR. If there has been a 6 month lapse between treatments or the original allergy test. If there has been a change to your medical history. This is important to ensure no allergic reactions occur. Once a patch test is performed, if the client does not adhere to aftercare advice, RBR cannot guarantee a reaction will not occur. If a treatment does then cause issues, the client assumes full responsibility. If a client refuses a patch test the treatment may be refused.
Consultation Certain treatments require a consultation form. This requires the client to be honest and open. If any information is withheld, this could result in an adverse effect. Any reactions of any kind to treatments would be required to be reported back to your therapist. A future treatment can then be altered. For example ordering in a different type of massage oil or trying a different brand of tint.
Payment RBR can only accept cash at this time whilst the business begins to grow. Bank transfers can be accepted on agreement. Apologies for any inconvenience.
