I have been going to Katharyn for over a year now for regular deep tissue massages / aches and pains reliever massage after recurring back issues. Katharyn is so professional and each of her massages is always individually tailored for what my body needs - specific focus areas, pressure points and choice of essential oils. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing some TLC for their muscles, or if you just need some relaxation and calmness.

I have been visiting Katharyn for a few months now for aches and pains, deep, massage. I have arthritis and struggle with back, hip and neck pain at times. Katharyn puts you at your ease, talks through how you are feeling to determine what needs addressing to loosen up your muscles to get you moving more easily. The environment is relaxing and calm which helps to de stress you and adds to the beneficial experience. Katharyn is really approachable, kind and considerate. I would definitely recommend this if you suffer from everyday aches and pain.

Having had neck surgery and I have been suffering from stiffness and poor mobility in that area I thought I would try massage. Well everything is connected , even your back muscles affect your neck. after 4 weeks I can definitely feel an improvement in articulation and range of movement
